February 15th, 2020 - February 16th, 2020

Saturday 22 February 2020

A session on listening and learning with others within arts practice. Drawing on the deep listening practice of Pauline Oliveros, the session will focus on active listening, tuning our responses in relation to the pace, needs and desires of each other’s’ practice(s). During the day, we’ll collectively enact a Oliveros score in preparation to work in pairs on a generative crit, offering support and possibilities for each other’s practices. The day has been planned to enact and discuss what is involved in making space for sharing and learning together through forms of mutual support.

Lara & Peter are inviting us to share something from our practice that we’d like generative support with from another member of GRADJOB. Ie. something you would like to discuss and open out possibilities for. Embassy will put us into pairs by email, asking us to share this aspect of practice in advance of the session.
