For Day 1 of Biscuit Tin, we are excited to present

7 films and moving image work from an excellent

group of artists and filmmakers.

Doors open at 7pm and films start at 7.30pm. There will be an intermission half way through, with the event finishing at 9pm. The screenings are free to attend however there is a limited amount of seating so arriving early is recommended.

Come and join us for a cosy evening of films, drinks, and of course, biscuits! ✨🍪

Accessibility:

All films, online and in-person, will be closed captioned. Trigger warnings will be shown before each film and advised before the start of each screening as well.

The in-person screenings will be seated events with mid level audio and films projected in a dark space. The overhead gallery lights will be switched on both before and after the screenings, and in the intermission. Our gallery space is located in a basement, with 12 concrete steps leading into the space. We have a stairlift installed for visitors who may require assistance to access the space, and committee members/ invigilators can assist visitors using the stairlift, should you need support. The space has 5 radiators and will be heated for the screenings.

There are a variety of seating options, including fold out chairs with backs, bean bags, a couch, and plinths. If you require a specific kind of seating, then email embassygalleryedinburgh@gmail.com to request this and we will reserve a seat for you.
