🐌Move Slow and Fix Things: Performance Weekend🐌

🐌Performance Weekend🐌

Performance nights have always been core to EMBASSY’s programming since its early beginnings in 2003. Before EMBASSY had a permeant location the committee would organise performance nights in the Sculpture Court at Edinburgh Collage of Art and in more recent EMBASSY history events like Citric Acid and Sour Sop have had performance at their core. To kick off our series of archival re-programming we have commissioned four artists to develop new works responding to the title ‘Move Slow and Fix Things’, Honouring EMBASSY’s performance driven roots while imagining and responding to calls for more sustainable futures, both within the Artist-run and beyond.

We have a limited capacity so please book a ticket, both days are the same show so just book what works for you. Saturday will include BSL interpretation.

Our amazing performers for this weekend are:

Alliyah Enyo / @alliyahenyo

Fibi Cowley  / @wispies

Wyld & Green /  @wyldandgreen

Poster Illustration and graphic design by Celeste John-Wood / @celestejowo in collaboration with the EMBASSY Committee.

A Huge thanks to Embo Trustee Colum Clark  for assisting with tech support & Jiayi Chen / @overelated for taking photos!

See ya there!
